- Include and encourage your classmates in all games and activities.
- Do at least 15 minutes physical activity after school every day.Record in your Super Troopers journal.
- Bring in any cups/trophies/medals that you win and let us know about any sporting achievements.
- Make an effort to walk/ cycle to school. If you live far away you could try walking some of the way.(Park and Stride).
- Keep an eye out for our recommended playground games each fortnight.
- Put all your great ideas into the Active School Flag Suggestion box.
- Bring a healthy lunch with lots of fruit and vegetables to make sure you have lots of energy for activities and feel good.
- Keep an eye on this blog and the active flag noticeboard in the hall for upcoming events and news.
