We're back at our Super Troopers programme after the Christmas break. We're committed to making it part of our homework and our committee will be checking into all classes to see how it's going. There are different, fun activities to do each nght and we want to make a big effort for the new year. This is Week 14. Check your journal each night and don't forget to get it signed at the end of the week. Next week you can also fill in your sleep diary to see if you're getting all the rest you need for an active, healthy lifestyle.
